Breakfast: Coconut Oil, Coffee, Creamer, Flax Seed, Plain non fat yogurt, Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Schwans Mixed Berries. Lunch: Cucumber, Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Fresh Express 3-Color Deli Coleslaw, Mushrooms, Spinach, Tomato. Dinner: Bread Italian, Gouda Cheese, Olives, Pizza with Meat and Fruit, Puff Pastry. Snacks/Other: Almonds, Fig Newton's, Granny Smith Apple, Plain Yogurt, Stacys Bagel, String Cheese Weight Watchers, Wholly Guacamole.
