Lunch:  arugula, pear, goat cheese, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), citrus dressing, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, coffee cake. Dinner:  Natural Sea Salt Baked Pita Chips, Avocados. Snacks/Other:  Slim fast nacho cheese, Butter toffee almonds (Blue Diamond), sunkist candy, Original Fruit Chews, Bottled Spring Water (16.9 oz), fiber bar chewy granola dark.
