Fat: 38.79g | Prot: 77.78g | Carb: 140.88g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Bananas , Blackberries , Blueberries , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , French Vanilla Creamer, Juice Plus Complete, Raspberries . Lunch:  Hamburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun, Tap Water. Dinner:  Baked Potato Stuffed with Bacon and Cheese (Peel Eaten), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Grilled Shrimp, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Capsules, Garden Blend Capsules, Gingerbread Cake & Cookie Mix, Red Table Wine, Vineyard Blend, Water .
