Fat: 121.43g | Prot: 90.86g | Carb: 334.09g.   Breakfast:  Gourmet Black Coffee, Gourmet Black Coffee, Gourmet Black Coffee, Fried Egg, Whole Wheat Bread, mini sausage, waffle, smuckers grape jam, syrup, dots candy. Lunch:  peanut butter sandwich. Dinner:  Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Potato Fries (Medium). Snacks/Other:  cup of noodles soup, plantain chips.
