Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Filet Americain Mager, Hummus, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Red Table Wine, Sugar, Potato French Fries, Green Snap Beans, Cooked Carrots, Mayonnaise, Good Noodles Kip, Danio Luchtige Kwark. Snacks/Other:  Cappuccino, Honey, Winegums.
