Fat: 107.47g | Prot: 76.26g | Carb: 46.86g.   Breakfast:  coconut oil, egg, egg white, swiss cheese. Lunch:  avocado, broccoli, butter, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), lime juice, swiss cheese. Dinner:  dark turkey meat, macadamias, turkey broth. Snacks/Other:  almond milk, avocado, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, hazelnut butter, juice plus complete, raspberries.
