Fat: 108.83g | Prot: 136.48g | Carb: 53.53g.   Breakfast:  Half and Half Cream, Regular Coffee, EZ-Sweetz EZ-Sweetz (Liquid Sucralose), Joseph's Sugar Free Syrup, Low-Carb Pancakes. Lunch:  Tomatoes, Celery , Mixed Salad Greens, Real Mayonnaise, Yellow Sweet Peppers , Young Green Onions, Tuna in Water (Canned), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Vinegar (Cider). Dinner:  Onion Soup Mix (envelope), Lean Ground Beef, Green String Beans, Butter. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll Bar.
