Fat: 108.83g | Prot: 136.48g | Carb: 53.53g.   Breakfast:  EZ-Sweetz EZ-Sweetz (Liquid Sucralose), Half and Half Cream, Joseph's Sugar Free Syrup, Low-Carb Pancakes, Regular Coffee. Lunch:  Celery , Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mixed Salad Greens, Real Mayonnaise, Tomatoes, Tuna in Water (Canned), Vinegar (Cider), Yellow Sweet Peppers , Young Green Onions. Dinner:  Butter, Green String Beans, Lean Ground Beef, Onion Soup Mix (envelope). Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll Bar.
