Fat: 81.12g | Prot: 139.10g | Carb: 52.40g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Regular Coffee, EZ-Sweetz EZ-Sweetz (Liquid Sucralose), Half and Half Cream, Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes, Onions, Butter (Salted), Baby Spinach. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Simple Choices Naturals Lean Carved Turkey Breast, Renee's Gourmet Greek Feta dressing, Tomatoes, Baby Spinach. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Green String Beans, Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Real Mayonnaise, Onion Crunch. Snacks/Other:  Saputo Cheese Heads Light Cheese String - Mozzarella Swirls, Grimm's Turkey Pepperoni, Atkins Advantage S'mores Bar.
