Fat: 29.51g | Prot: 51.19g | Carb: 215.60g.   Breakfast:  Myoplex Myoplex Lite Vanilla protien mix. Lunch:  Margherita Pizza, Spinach Salad, Tea (Brewed), Truvia Sweetener. Dinner:  extra virgin olive oil, na'an bread, orange juice, spinach, Triple Berry Blend. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Pistachio Nuts.
