Fat: 74.92g | Prot: 71.88g | Carb: 187.14g.   Breakfast:  Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt), Myoplex Lite Vanilla protien mix. Lunch:  cheese, onion, tea (brewed), tomatoe, Veggie chips, truvia, mission multi-grain (soft taco). Dinner:  orange juice, spinach, na'an bread, Triple Berry Blend, extra virgin olive oil. Snacks/Other:  kiss dark chocolate, nature valley sweet, cashews.
