Fat: 74.92g | Prot: 71.88g | Carb: 187.14g.   Breakfast:  Myoplex Lite Vanilla protien mix, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt). Lunch:  cheese, mission multi-grain (soft taco), onion, tea (brewed), tomatoe, truvia, Veggie chips. Dinner:  extra virgin olive oil, na'an bread, orange juice, spinach, Triple Berry Blend. Snacks/Other:  cashews, kiss dark chocolate, nature valley sweet.
