Fat: 54.67g | Prot: 44.70g | Carb: 162.96g.   Breakfast:  Myoplex Lite Vanilla protien mix, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt). Lunch:  ceasar salad, tea (brewed), truvia, Veggie chips, white bread. Dinner:  extra virgin olive oil, na'an bread, orange juice, spinach, Triple Berry Blend.
