Lunch:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Cooked, Broiled), Dole Shredded Red Cabbage, Fresh Express Baby Spinach, Kens ken's light options italian dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Subway 6" Flatbread, Subway Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Salad. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Peanut Fudge Granola Bar, gerbs gerbs granola, Jif Reduced Fat Crunchy Peanut Butter, Nutella Hazelnut Spread, Strawberries.
