Lunch:  Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens, Fresh Express Baby Spinach, Dole Shredded Red Cabbage, Kens ken's light options italian dressing, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Cooked, Broiled). Dinner:  Subway Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Salad, Subway 6" Flatbread. Snacks/Other:  Strawberries, Nutella Hazelnut Spread, gerbs gerbs granola, Jif Reduced Fat Crunchy Peanut Butter, Atkins Advantage Peanut Fudge Granola Bar.
