Fat: 210.81g | Prot: 93.45g | Carb: 401.28g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, McDonald's Egg & Cheese Biscuit, McDonald's Hash Brown. Lunch:  Au Bon Pain Almond Croissant, Brown Rice, Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Pastry filled with Potatoes and Peas (Fried), Whole Foods Market Kung Pao Tofu. Dinner:  Athenos Baked Pita Chips - Original, Heluva Good French Onion Sour Cream Dip, Hummus, Miss Vickie's Original Potato Chips, Pizza with Meat and Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  German Chocolate Cake with Icing and Filling.
