Fat: 65.92g | Prot: 66.03g | Carb: 188.32g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Italian Sweet Creme Creamer, organic whole milk, Cascadian Farms Ancient Grains, strawberries. Lunch:  Swiss Cheese, Honey Wheat Bread, butter with olive oil, Boars head black forrest ham, Tropical Fruit Medley. Dinner:  Stouffers rigatoni pasta with roasted white meat chicken. Snacks/Other:  Rich & Creamy Grand Ice Cream Chocolate.
