Fat: 67.15g | Prot: 54.51g | Carb: 205.12g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Coffee, organic whole milk, Quaker Minute Oats, Sweet italian creamer. Lunch:  Chicken salad, Chunky Vegetable Soup (Canned), diet coke, Whole wheat bread. Dinner:  Crispy Thin Crust Sicilian recipe pizza. Snacks/Other:  hershey's jumbo, Pecans, rose wine.
