Dinner:  Garlic Ciabatta, Spicy Parsnip Soup. Snacks/Other:  Blueberry Muffins, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Decaffeinated Latte Coffee, Houmous, Rich Tea Biscuits Light, Yellow Sweet Peppers.
