Dinner:  Spicy Parsnip Soup, Garlic Ciabatta. Snacks/Other:  Blueberry Muffins, Decaffeinated Latte Coffee, Houmous, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Yellow Sweet Peppers, Rich Tea Biscuits Light.
