Fat: 67.90g | Prot: 82.18g | Carb: 67.68g.   Breakfast:  Cappuccino, cheese stick, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Lunch:  avocado, boiled eggs, Chicken breast, Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Bacon, tomato, Watermelon. Dinner:  Corn Tortilla, Egg, Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese. Snacks/Other:  souplantation cookies, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, tamale.
