Fat: 29.01g | Prot: 134.62g | Carb: 157.29g.   Breakfast:  capers, fried eggs, milk, plantain, spinach, tuna. Lunch:  artichoke, frozen okra, salmon steak, spinach. Dinner:  banana, whey protein shake. Snacks/Other:  Food should taste good.
