Fat: 11.70g | Prot: 29.65g | Carb: 108.01g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, Blueberries , buttermilk, orange, Pears , raspberry, Simply Balanced High Fiber Cereal, Tea (Brewed) . Dinner:  cherry tomato, Mayonnaise, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, sushi, sushi wrap . Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added).
