Fat: 64.87g | Prot: 73.67g | Carb: 160.93g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Green Tea, Stir Fried Vegetables, Toasted Rye Bread. Lunch:  Cooked Spinach (from Canned, Fat Added in Cooking), Pasta with Meat Sauce, Potato & Onion Pierogies. Dinner:  14" Pepperoni Pizza (Thick Crust), Hazelnuts or Filberts Nuts. Snacks/Other:  Cranberry Almond Thins, Cranberry Juice (Unsweetened) , Vodka (90 Proof) .
