Fat: 77.53g | Prot: 93.19g | Carb: 135.01g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Green Tea, Olive Oil, Rapini, Toasted Armenian Grecian Italian Bread. Lunch:  Hamburger on Bun, Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts, Lite Beer, Potato French Fries. Dinner:  Baked Breaded or Battered Cod, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine , Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Lamb Chop (Lean Only Eaten), Meat Filled Ravioli with Tomato Sauce or Meat Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Carrot Cake with Icing.
