Lunch:  45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread with Honey, Baby Carrots, Light Fat Free Yogurt - White Chocolate Strawberry, Light Ranch Salad Dressing, SHAVED MESQUITE TURKEY *, Star Crunch. Dinner:  Asiago Caesar Grilled Chicken Sandwich, French Fries (Value Size). Snacks/Other:  90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Premium Pistachio Nuts, Scotch and Soda, Whole Natural Almonds.
