Fat: 85.12g | Prot: 95.59g | Carb: 128.33g.   Breakfast:  american cheese, fruit, honey, lowfat plain yogurt, scrambled eggs. Lunch:  dijon mustard, oscar meyer roasted chicken, swiss cheese, whole wheat bread. Dinner:  turkey tetrazzini. Snacks/Other:  almonds, guinness.
