Fat: 55.39g | Prot: 93.74g | Carb: 105.03g.   Breakfast:  american cheese, fruit, lowfat plain yogurt, scrambled eggs. Lunch:  chicken pad thai, mixed berries, oscar meyer roasted chicken, plain yogurt, swiss cheese, whole wheat bread. Dinner:  Beef Bottom Sirloin (Tri-Tip Roast, Trimmed to 0" Fat), mixed vegetables.
