Fat: 55.39g | Prot: 93.74g | Carb: 105.03g.   Breakfast:  fruit, scrambled eggs, american cheese, lowfat plain yogurt. Lunch:  oscar meyer roasted chicken, whole wheat bread, swiss cheese, mixed berries, plain yogurt, chicken pad thai. Dinner:  mixed vegetables, Beef Bottom Sirloin (Tri-Tip Roast, Trimmed to 0" Fat).
