Fat: 175.81g | Prot: 142.91g | Carb: 41.53g.   Breakfast:  bell pepper, butter, coffee, conecuh sausage, egg, Heavy Cream, mexican blend cheese, onion, splenda minis, water. Lunch:  canola oil, grated parmesan cheese, publix chicken wings. Dinner:  lime juice, nasoya tofu extra firm, peanut oil. Snacks/Other:  atkins brownie.
