Fat: 175.81g | Prot: 142.91g | Carb: 41.53g.   Breakfast:  Heavy Cream, coffee, splenda minis, bell pepper, onion, conecuh sausage, butter, egg, water, mexican blend cheese. Lunch:  publix chicken wings, canola oil, grated parmesan cheese. Dinner:  nasoya tofu extra firm, peanut oil, lime juice. Snacks/Other:  atkins brownie.
