Dinner:  Broccoli, carrot, green pepper, instant potato, minced beef, mushrooms, onion, parmissan cheese. Snacks/Other:  banana, bran, Impact Whey Protein, linseed, low fat yogurt, milk, orange juice, peanut butter, protein powder, skimmed milk, yogurt.
