Dinner:  carrot, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, minced beef, parmissan cheese, instant potato, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  yogurt, bran, milk, protein powder, peanut butter, linseed, low fat yogurt, banana, orange juice, Impact Whey Protein, skimmed milk.
