Fat: 46.39g | Prot: 109.13g | Carb: 126.36g.   Breakfast:  Fuel, Flax, ground, coconut milk, frozen berries. Lunch:  Reduced Fat Cheese Heads Colby Jack Natural Cheese Sticks, Lettuce, HMR 500 Chicken Soup, turkey, Baby carrots, onion, celery, Green beans. Dinner:  brocolli, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oil & Vinegar, Salmon, potatoes, roasted. Snacks/Other:  Yogurt, Non Fat Fit & Active, Apple, Sunflower seeds.
