Fat: 46.39g | Prot: 109.13g | Carb: 126.36g.   Breakfast:  coconut milk, Flax, ground, frozen berries, Fuel. Lunch:  Baby carrots, celery, Green beans, HMR 500 Chicken Soup, Lettuce, onion, Reduced Fat Cheese Heads Colby Jack Natural Cheese Sticks, turkey. Dinner:  brocolli, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oil & Vinegar, potatoes, roasted, Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Apple, Sunflower seeds, Yogurt, Non Fat Fit & Active.
