Fat: 64.15g | Prot: 85.26g | Carb: 167.90g.   Breakfast:  coffee, coffeemate original, chunky peanut butter, Great Harvest whole grain bread, strawberries, Light & Fit Greek - Vanilla. Lunch:  egg, miracle whip, lettuce, great harvest whole grain bread, coffee, coffeemate original. Dinner:  lettuce salad, low fat french dressing, spray butter, broiled cod, panko, great harvest whole grain bread, butter. Snacks/Other:  v8, egg, Fiber One Bar.
