Fat: 64.15g | Prot: 85.26g | Carb: 167.90g.   Breakfast:  chunky peanut butter, coffee, coffeemate original, Great Harvest whole grain bread, Light & Fit Greek - Vanilla, strawberries. Lunch:  coffee, coffeemate original, egg, great harvest whole grain bread, lettuce, miracle whip. Dinner:  broiled cod, butter, great harvest whole grain bread, lettuce salad, low fat french dressing, panko, spray butter. Snacks/Other:  egg, Fiber One Bar, v8.
