Fat: 73.70g | Prot: 50.41g | Carb: 142.59g.   Breakfast:  Decaffeinated Coffee, Red Sour Cherries, Sugar Free Hazelnut Powder Coffee Creamer, Sweet or Dark Chocolate. Lunch:  Hazelnuts or Filberts Nuts, Organic Hot Salsa, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Tofu Pate - Mild Jalapeno, Tortilla Corn Chips, Whole Milk. Dinner:  Cactus Pads, Chicken Thigh, Clara, Cornbread (Home Recipe), Jicama, Safflower Oil, Tomatoes, White Wheat Flour (All Purpose), Yellow Whole Grain Corn Meal. Snacks/Other:  Cow Pals Light Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
