Fat: 35.71g | Prot: 110.60g | Carb: 318.29g.   Breakfast:  coffee, sugar substitute, 2% milk, gatorade, pretzel, thins bread, panela, turkey breast, svelty. Lunch:  tortilla, beef, turkey, tomatoe, brocolli, chayote, string beans, pumpkin puding, coffee, substitute sugar, 2% milk. Dinner:  low cal yogurt, blackberries, blueberries, panela, turkey dog, sugar free drink, pretzel. Snacks/Other:  jaztea light, diet coke, jicama, sugar free jello, pretzels.
