Fat: 35.71g | Prot: 110.60g | Carb: 318.29g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, coffee, gatorade, panela, pretzel, sugar substitute, svelty, thins bread, turkey breast. Lunch:  2% milk, beef, brocolli, chayote, coffee, pumpkin puding, string beans, substitute sugar, tomatoe, tortilla, turkey. Dinner:  blackberries, blueberries, low cal yogurt, panela, pretzel, sugar free drink, turkey dog. Snacks/Other:  diet coke, jaztea light, jicama, pretzels, sugar free jello.
