Fat: 40.25g | Prot: 93.01g | Carb: 128.22g.   Breakfast:  Tea, Egg Omelet, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Chapati, Aaloo Muttar. Dinner:  Soup, Chicken with Gravy (Mixture), Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled). Snacks/Other:  Grapes, Grapes.
