Fat: 35.85g | Prot: 66.34g | Carb: 66.17g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, coffee, Soft Boiled Egg, Agave Nectar, Total 2% Greek Yogurt, Heavy whipping cream, raspberries, blackberries. Lunch:  Munster Cheese, natures own 12 grain, romaine lettuce, tomatoe, avocado, heb honey turkey, strawberries. Dinner:  olive oil, salmon, broccoli.
