Fat: 51.90g | Prot: 34.85g | Carb: 123.15g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, cane sugar cube. Lunch:  margarine, mitchell pork sausage, onion, potato, yoghurt. Dinner:  apple, tofu dessert. Snacks/Other:  creamy hot chocolate, Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips.
