Fat: 80.38g | Prot: 65.33g | Carb: 113.88g.   Breakfast:  McDonald's Hash Brown, McDonald's Sausage McMuffin. Lunch:  Kellogg's Ham, Egg & Pepper Jack Cheese Flatbread Breakfast Sandwich. Dinner:  Caesar Salad with Romaine, Garlic Bread, Red Table Wine, Swedish Meatballs with Cream or White Sauce (Mixture).
