I was actually hungry yesterday. I'm not convinced that a couple hundred calories made such a large difference, but I'll focus better today.

Fat: 44.51g | Prot: 49.96g | Carb: 151.75g.   Breakfast:  Froot Loops, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch:  crab rangoon, cream cheese, everything bagel, Garlic Hummus, pork sausage, smoked salmon, snap peas.
