Fat: 32.31g | Prot: 74.62g | Carb: 50.30g.   Breakfast:  Steak. Lunch:  Macaroni or Pasta Salad, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Dinner:  ASIAN DRESSING, chicken breast grilled, COTTAGE CHEESE, cucumber, mixed greens. Snacks/Other:  Tim Hortons Coffee (1 Cream, 1 Sugar) (Medium).
