Fat: 40.74g | Prot: 85.44g | Carb: 72.77g.   Breakfast:  All-Bran Bars. Lunch:  Lean Ground Turkey, mashed potato. Dinner:  Balsamic Dressing, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Croutons, Cucumber (Peeled), Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Organic Mixed Greens. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (1 Cream, 1 Sugar) (Medium), Greek Yogurt -Vanilla, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries.
