Dinner:  Balsamic Dressing, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Croutons, Cucumber (Peeled), Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Organic Mixed Greens. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (1 Cream, 1 Sugar) (Medium).
