Fat: 39.21g | Prot: 52.45g | Carb: 101.32g.   Breakfast:  pasta. Lunch:  dempsters, peanut butter. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Croutons, Cucumber (Peeled), Feta Cheese, greek dressing, Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Organic Mixed Greens, Pita Bread. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (1 Cream, 1 Sugar) (Medium).
