Fat: 31.27g | Prot: 96.18g | Carb: 77.43g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), whole wheat pasta. Dinner:  Balsamic Dressing, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Croutons, Cucumber (Peeled), Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Organic Mixed Greens. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (1 Cream, 1 Sugar) (Medium).
