Fat: 49.81g | Prot: 58.29g | Carb: 48.41g.   Breakfast:  Great Value Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Great Value Sugar Free Sweet Iced Tea, Jimmy Dean All-Natural Regular Pork Sausage, Onions, Scrambled Egg, Smithfield Smoked Ham, Spinach. Lunch:  A&W Diet Root Beer, Birds Eye Normandy Blend Vegetables, Carrot Cake, Smithfield Smoked Ham. Dinner:  Birds Eye Broccoli Florets, World Catch Tilapia Fillets. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie.
