Fat: 122.51g | Prot: 86.39g | Carb: 24.96g.   Breakfast:  Onions, Jimmy Dean All-Natural Regular Pork Sausage, Kraft Natural Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Great Value Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Spinach, Scrambled Egg, Smithfield Bacon, Great Value Sugar Free Sweet Iced Tea. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Hormel Real Bacon Bits 50% Less Fat, Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, Great Value Sugar Free Sweet Iced Tea, Black Olives, Wal-Mart Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Kraft Natural Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  SeaPak Shrimp Scampi, Birds Eye Normandy Blend Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Endulge Peanut Butter Cups.
