Fat: 67.10g | Prot: 73.27g | Carb: 40.15g.   Breakfast:  mushrooms, spinach, shredded sharp cheddar, scrambled eggs, hormel bacon bits, shredded mozzarella cheese. Lunch:  bratwurst , mustard. Dinner:  tomato sauce , italian seasoning tones, shredded mozzarella cheese, boneless skinless chicken breast, onions, mushrooms, black olives, diet root beer, green beans . Snacks/Other:  sugar free angel food cake, peanut butter cups atkins.
