Fat: 67.10g | Prot: 73.27g | Carb: 40.15g.   Breakfast:  hormel bacon bits, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, spinach. Lunch:  bratwurst , mustard. Dinner:  black olives, boneless skinless chicken breast, diet root beer, green beans , italian seasoning tones, mushrooms, onions, shredded mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce . Snacks/Other:  peanut butter cups atkins, sugar free angel food cake.
