Fat: 90.76g | Prot: 148.30g | Carb: 33.31g.   Breakfast:  hormel bacon bits, jimmy dean sausage, scrambled eggs, shredded sharp cheddar , tomato. Lunch:  boneless skinless chicken breast, diet root beer, normandy blend vegetables. Dinner:  chicken , diced ham , fat free ranch , shredded lettuce, steak golden corral, sweet and low, tilapia, unsweet tea . Snacks/Other:  chocolate coconut bar, diet root beer, pork rinds .
