I hit the 20 lb. mark this week. Still a ways to go to my goal, but it's so nice to see that 20 pounds gone. Now I know, I can do this!! :)

Fat: 102.57g | Prot: 72.94g | Carb: 45.63g.   Breakfast:  farm-house sausage scramble atkins, jimmy dean sausage. Lunch:  turkey leg, baked beans. Dinner:  chicken kiev, green beans, fiesta blend shredded cheese, salad, hidden valley ranch, bacon bits , black olives, mushrooms.
