Fat: 90.73g | Prot: 68.09g | Carb: 21.23g.   Breakfast:  salsa, scrambled eggs, smithfield bacon, sour cream, sugar free sweet tea. Lunch:  cheddar cheese cubes great value, cucumber, mozzarella cheese, sliced turkey, sugar free sweet tea. Dinner:  broccoli florets birds eye, diet root beer, garlic butter shrimp seapak. Snacks/Other:  peanut butter cups atkins.
