Fat: 54.90g | Prot: 59.76g | Carb: 42.63g.   Breakfast:  eggs, green pepper and oninon, mushrooms sauteed. Dinner:  california blend vegetables, meatloaf, sauteed peppers and onions. Snacks/Other:  advantage caramel chocolate nut roll, diet orange soda, sprite zero.
