Lunch:  Spartan Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Cherry Tomatoes, The Counter Organic Mixed Greens (In a Bowl), Eating Right Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Celery, Aurora Natural Roasted Unsalted Mixed Nuts, Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Strawberries, Raspberries, Mt. Olive Pepperoncini. Dinner:  Tomatoes, Ken's Steak House Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing, Trader Joe's Organic Ground Beef (85/15), Earthbound Farm Romaine.
