Lunch:  Mayonnaise, Oatnut Whole Grain Bread, Deli Thin Sliced Smoked Ham, Organic Muenster Cheese Sliced, Applesauce. Dinner:  Whiskey, Miller Lite Beer (12oz), Brussels Sprouts, Cantonese Shrimp, Ready Crust Reduced Fat Graham, Cheesecake. Snacks/Other:  Sampler Candy.
