Fat: 26.44g | Prot: 107.45g | Carb: 208.44g.   Breakfast:  pineapple, Up & Go Vive. Lunch:  avocado oil, caned tomato, carrot, celery, chilli, extra lean ground beef, garlic, onion, parsley, pasta, peppers, tarragon, thyme. Dinner:  avocado oil, broccolli, brown rice, canned tomato, chicken breast meat, garlic, gold sweet potato, hot peppers, kidney beans no added salt, onion, peas, peppers, pineapple, pumpkin, raisins, soy sauce, spring onion. Snacks/Other:  jam, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Chocolate, ryvita, Tropical Fruit Sorbet.
